★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je prends le temps décrire ici mes commentaires. Premièrement je tiens à souligner la patience du représentant en magasin, qui a pris le temps de m'expliquer mon cellulaire. Ensuite j'ai finalement opté pour les services résidentiels de Bell et jen suis vraiment heureux. Très forte connaissance des produits, je suis moi meme ingénieur en électronique et j'ai été surpris de ses connaissances. J'ai vraiment apprécier son approche et sa façon d'être. Très humain, je recommande fortement cette boutique. Le représentant se nomme Miguel je crois, très gros merci à lui et à toute l'équipe.
 I take the time to describe my comments here. First of all, I would like to underline the patience of the store representative, who took the time to explain my cell phone to me. Then I finally opted for residential services from Bell and I am really happy. Very strong knowledge of the products, I myself am an electronics engineer and I was surprised by his knowledge. I really appreciate his approach and his way of being. Very human, I highly recommend this shop. The representative is called Miguel I believe, very big thank you to him and to the whole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée au magasin Bell de Chambly assez souvent depuis plusieurs années pour des nouvelles activations de cellulaire. Mikaël est un très bon représentant et fort sympathique. Carolanne connait très bien son travail, sympathique aussi et c'est une personne avec beaucoup d'expérience !! Tout les deux nous ont donné du très bon service !! Merci de votre patience et c'est certain que nous continuerons d'aller vous voir.
I have been to the Bell store in Chambly quite often for several years for new cell phone activations. Mikaël is a very good and very sympathetic representative. Carolanne knows her work very well, nice too and she is a person with a lot of experience !! Both gave us great service !! Thank you for your patience and we will definitely continue to visit you.

Mauvais conseilles très couteux de la part du vendeur, Frais de 400$ sorti de nulle pas, aucune preuve de paiement m'a été remise et frais de surclassement chargé en double. Service du réseau jamais disponible aussitot que je rentre dans un batiment (magasin, travail) Il y avait un meilleur service beaucoup plus honnête avec les anciens employés il y a quleques années.
I will not be going back and here is why:
Very expensive bad advice from seller, $ 400 fee came out of nothing, no proof of payment given to me and upgrade fee charged twice. Network service never available as soon as I enter a building (store, work) There was better service much more honest with the former employees a few years ago.

Je suis reparti avec les services Television et Internet a la maison pour beaucoup moins cher qu'avec mon fournisseur actuel qui etait Videotron. Je vais economiser et en plus je serai sur la fibre optique! Merci encore a votre vendeur Miguel, tres professionnel et tres attentionné. Je vais vous recommandé a ma famille et amis!
Thank you for your great service! I came to the store to buy a new thread for my ipad. I left with Television and Internet services at home for much less than with my current provider, which was Videotron. I'm going to save money and I'll be on fiber optics! Thanks again to your salesman Miguel, very professional and very attentive. I will be recommending you to my family and friends!
