★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service, employés arrogant. Je n'y retournerai pas même si c'est le magasin d'électronique le plus proche de chez moi, tant qu'à ça je préfère dépenser un peu plus d'essence pour avoir un meilleur service chez la concurrence et de meilleurs prix/garantie, etc...
Bad service, arrogant employees. I will not go back even if it is the nearest electronics store to me, as long as that I prefer to spend a little more gasoline to have better service from the competition and better prices / warranty, etc ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La boutique Vidéotron à Chambly est la boutique Vidéotron la plus chaleureuse que j'ai visité. Il y a une bonne chimie entre les employés et cela est agréable à voir. Le service est plus qu'excellent. Je fais pas mal toujours affaire avec Xavier Numainville, il donne de bons conseils et trouve toujours le moyen de nous avoir un maximum de service pour un prix minimal. Très contant du service à cet endroit.
The Videotron store in Chambly is the warmest Videotron store I have visited. There is good chemistry between the employees and that is nice to see. The service is more than excellent. I always do a lot of business with Xavier Numainville, he gives good advice and always finds a way to provide us with maximum service for a minimum price. Very happy with the service there.

À la quatrième visite après avoir fait tout les procédures avant le changement de téléphone pour un neuf je me suis fait recevoir comme un amateur. Ils ont pas voulu regarder les notes dans mon dossier écrit lors de mes quatres autres visites.
J'étais chez Telus depuis 15 ans et jamais aucun problème. Aujourd'hui je regrette mon changement c'est toujours compliqué chez Vidéotron.
Résultat de ma visite ..en bon français j'ai câlissé mon compte camp bredouille sans que le problème sois régler.
Steve est le nom de l'employé qui est arrogant et très ordinaire au service a la clientèle.
After several visits to Videotron for a problem with the line connection. On the fourth visit, after having done all the procedures before changing the phone to a new one, I was greeted like an amateur. They did not want to look at the notes in my written file during my four other visits.
I had been with Telus for 15 years and never had any problems. Today I regret my change, it's always complicated at Videotron.
Result of my visit .. in good French I hugged my camp empty-handed without the problem being solved.
Steve is the name of the employee who is arrogant and very ordinary in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualité du service est très variable d'un employé à l'autre. Il y a Marc-Antoine qui est excellent, connaissant et serviable. Mais il y a aussi ce bonhomme arrogant, insultant et condescendant qui, par incompétence, a effacé toutes les photos de mon cellulaire. Évitez le bonhomme aux cheveux gris et vous serez bien servis.
The quality of service varies greatly from one employee to another. There is Marc-Antoine who is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. But there is also this arrogant, insulting and condescending guy who, through incompetence, erased all the photos from my cell phone. Avoid the gray haired guy and you will be well served.
