Edit: J’ai été en retard sur une seule facture, dans mon pire moment de l’année en pleine pandémie alors que je t’avais déjà donné plus de 6000$ sans que tu be m’aie rien encore livré. C’est ce que tu appelles « ne pas payer vos honoraires »? Aussi je suis venu vous voir spécifiquement avec ce mandat et tout était très clair d’avance, je ne comprends pas comment tu peux utiliser cela comme un prétexte pour m’avoir chargé un prix de fou pour me fournir un travail pitoyable incroyablement en retard. Et un petite remarque en passant, peut-être si tu n’étais pas aussi toxique et pleine de jugements tu n’aurais pas tant de difficulté à avoir du personnel. Absolutely abysmal service, fraudulent pricing, no professional liability, instead find yourself chartered accountants, they will surely cost you less and you will undoubtedly have better service. J'aurais été ok si le service rendu aurait été impeccable. 1 mois et demis plus tard et mes impots ne sont toujours pas traités. Ils ne semblent avoir absolument aucune communication à l'interne, jai apporter mes documents et ils m'ont redemander a deux reprises mes documents me disant qu'ils ne les avaient pas recu. Pourtant le tout avait été donner à la reception. De plus la commis comptable, qui fait du télé travaille, n'a aucune manière de nous dire quand le tout sera traité. Si vous n'êtes pas capable de répondre à la demande des clients, n'en prennez tout simplement pas plus. Edit: depuis mon commentaire, les problèmes ne font que s'accumuler... erreurs par dessus erreurs dans mes impôts. Suivis pratiquement inexistant si je n'insiste pas. Aucun comptable dans l'entreprise, seulement des techniciens comptables qui entrent des données... et font des erreurs de milliers de dollars. Edit2: nous sommes au mois d'octobre, aucun suivis rien est réglé. Je dois me tourner vers le tribunal, j'ai d'ailleurs envoyé une mise en demeure par colis recommandé qui n'a jamais été réclamé. Surpris? Pas vraiment... rester loin de cette entreprise frauduleuse. Terrible rates, pay $ 370 for employee tax with expense + employee tax. I would have been ok if the service provided would have been impeccable. 1 month and a half later and my taxes are still not processed. They seem to have absolutely no internal communication, I brought my documents and they asked me twice for my documents telling me that they had not received them. Yet everything had been given to the reception. In addition, the bookkeeper, who works on the TV, has no way of telling us when everything will be dealt with. If you can't keep up with customer demand, just don't take more. Edit: since my comment, the problems are only piling up ... errors on top of errors in my taxes. Follow-up practically non-existent if I do not insist. No accountant in the company, only accounting technicians who enter data ... and make mistakes of thousands of dollars. Edit2: we are in October, no follow-up, nothing is settled. I must turn to the court, I also sent a formal notice by registered parcel which has never been claimed. Surprised? Not really ... stay away from this scam business.

Ceux qui déposent leurs documents dans une boite à chaussure devraient aller voir comment ça coûte un gros cabinet à Montréal qui fait le tri de vos documents.....Rien n'est gratuit dans la vie ni le salaire des gens qui doivent le faire...Pour ce que nous avons besoin comme services, le prix est plus que correct!
