★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had internet with MTS, the speed was very low about 100 kn while they said it is gonna be 25 Mb. I was on phone with them for almost 3 months and no body helped me !!! They sent a technician at 9 am on Saturday without any prior notice and he didn’t answer when I called him only one hour later !!!
Won’t recommend it at all !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u could give it zero stars I would. First I called and set everything up I brought my in poor health 88 year old father there. They were closing in 15 minutes and wouldn't start an upgrade on their plan at that time and told me to come back tomorrow. Next day returned to the store. They had set aside the wrong phone for me. Barely giving me the time of day they said they didn't have any. They had one in a store in Virden but said I should call around. When I looked on website the phone they said they had in Virden did not qualify on data light plan. Would this have meant a third trip only to be told the wrong phone again? Do they even know their own plans? I never gave them a third chance and went elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has to be one of best MTS stores in the city. Their service is beyond and they always figure out a way to make things work. I highly recommend this store even if it's out of your way. They have exceptional employees that have integrity and honesty and will always go out of there way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, not professional and stepped on my new carpet with dirty shoes, fail to set up the internet and left without notification, when I call back just tell me to book another appointment. Need WiFi to finish online course , horrible experience with bell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, the guy failed to set up the internet and told us will come back later that day, but never back. He stepped on our new carpet with dirty shoes. Need WiFi to work remotely but told me stop calling and book another appointment. Wanna give zero star if I can.
