★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very lucky was that I had a haircut next waiting door and wandered over while waiting. I was waiting for about 3.5 weeks at another unnamed shop for the part to arrive for my Google phone and an still waiting to hear back from said store. Luckily, when I walked in, they greeted me and told me they could get the part in within a couple days and it came in a couple days after. I dropped off my phone, got it back that afternoon. Such quick and outstanding work, for 3/4 the price the other store was offering me. Definitely recommend this store for any phone issues. You will be well taken care of!

The first time was for my iPhone SE (which in the end was not able to be fixed) but she spent a good amount of time diagnosing the problem and then explaining to me my options. which were to replace 2 things for a couple hundred dollars but that there was still a good chance it still might not work. It was so nice to deal with someone who really making an extra Effort to help you out without trying to rip you off.
This time when my iPhone X died it was a no brainer to come back. This time I had my phone back working perfect within about 3 hours.
In a time when most of us have our whole lives on our phone and your sick to your stomach you’ve lost everything and like me you didn’t have your phone backed up, Its nice to know there is someone you can TRUST to help you out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place ever! Emergency repair after I tried to replace my iPhone battery myself. Cracked the glass and was in panic mode. They took us in immediately and I had it fixed in a couple of hours. Very, very much appreciated. Fast service and an excellent price. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iPhone 7 Plus could not make a phone call and was having problems with audio. Took it to Apple and they could not determine the cause. To diagnose it they would have to send it off and said it could cost around $500 to repair. I did some more googling and found that this is a very common issue with iPhone 7s. Strange that Apple isn’t aware of this.....or maybe more likely that they aren’t willing to share this common issue with customers. I came across Matrix Mobile who offers this specific repair for only $130. A price I was fine paying for a perfectly functioning phone aside from this issue. I was very pleased with how everything was handled by Matrix Mobile and will be giving them my business in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this store because my phone had dropped on the floor and there was black lines on it it’s an iPhone 8 plus. I was panicking although it did have a case on it and a screen protector it still did something wonky and I couldn’t even use all my icons. I thought this would take a long time to fix and cost me a lot of money. I called matrix mobile explain the situation to the technician, Karen. She said oh I’ve seen this hundreds of times and I can fix it quite easily and quickly . I was able to bring in my phone the next day, it literally took her less than 30 minutes to fix at a very reasonable price. She was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who’s got any issues with their phone. They were great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received at Matrix Mobile. After having an unfortunate accident with my Microsoft Surface Pro (versus a broken water bottle), I found this store online and was pleased they were open on a Sunday. I was greeted by Sarah, a lovely young staff member, who is cheerful and helpful; although she is just new to this store, she was able to reach out to the relevant people via phone to gather all necessary information. My replacement screen was ordered from out of town, several rounds of corrosion cleaning were carried out, and installation of my new screen was completed. Along the way, Kerran was in communication with me about the progress. She was very patient with me about all of my questions and gave me great advice. She even offered to stay back a few extra minutes after the store closed if I was late coming from work to pick up my computer!
Needless to say, I definitely recommend Matrix Mobile St. Vital. I rarely write reviews, but feel that they are deserving of this. The price was fair, especially in comparison to buying a new system! The time frame to completion was more than reasonable, as it was less than 3 days from when the replacement screen arrived to getting my computer back. I left with a guarantee on the work they performed.
I would definitely use Matrix Mobile again for any repairs, services or electronic questions.

This was the second time she helped me out and was so very accommodating given we have the same work hours and also gave me a fair price considering it would of cost me a fortune to get it fixed elsewhere. She definitely is a phone saver.
