After years of being a Bell customer this is still my favourite store in the Vancouver area. The staff are very personable, knowledgeable and honest whenever I deal with them, whether it's for a repair or an upgrade.

Alvin spent 2 hours fixing my phone that others didn’t! He took his time to ensure I had a plan that fit my needs and ensured it was all set up properly before we left. 10/10 :)

I bought a new phone and renewed my plan today. I had excellent service with all my questions answered even though I took a long time deciding! They even switched all my apps, etc from old phone to new phone which took a VERY long time, but I appreciated so much. Thanks Alvin at Bell Richmond Centre!

Chris is the man! I am from the East Coast and I walked into this store at 730 pm while waiting for my midnight flight to home. He could have said sorry sir but we are closing soon. Instead he went out of his way above and beyond for the lady ahead of me, then helped me out. He stayed a lot later than he needed too or should have. I will never forget his customer service as it was thorough and just the mere fact he stayed late… I mean real late to help me out. This guy knows his stuff and will give you 200% of his time and knowledge. Thank You Chris! Bell if you are reading this this guy could lead the way for your whole enterprise to redo your customer service policy and handling of situations. He def also deserves a raise and or promotion!! 5 stars is not enough for his service.

When I left the store I was walking on air. I thought I had solved all the years of problems that I’ve had with Bell and they’re billing. I thought I had a new phone that would work and I could use. As it turns out my fully set up phone didn’t include a Sim card. Because Bell was closed I then had to go spend $22 at another company to buy a Sim card to make my phone work. We had spent six hours setting up our phones in store so it was shocking to have to go to a new store to use my phone. The quoted cost that we were given that we still have the pieces of paper for is nowhere near the cost the Bell is actually charging us and when we phone Bell refuses to honour it. Bell also told us we had to go through a certain procedure in order to combine our accounts, well two weeks later we are still arguing with escalation because they refuse to do so. This company is hands-down the most fraudulent and aggravating company I have ever encountered. And although you may leave the store feeling good I doubt you will have what you thought you paid for.
