★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a burst water tank, my insurance company recommended Belfor to do the remediation. I found Belfor did a fantastic job.
There were many subcontractors (plumbers, drywall, carpet, molding/trim) involved and each one of them worked professionally with meticulous results.
In this time of Covid, and heavy construction in Victoria, I was surprised Belfor found all of these great people. They were all cognizant of the mask mandate.
I could not have asked for better. I would highly recommend Belfor for any remediation or home renovations.
Thank you to anyone involved in this project!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early January we had a water leak coming through our roof, inside our kitchen wall. Adam the project manager returned my call within the hour, was involved in all aspects of the job through to completion. Sandy in the office was wonderful to deal with!! She would get back to us right away when we had questions or concerns. Bobby the technician was very polite and thorough. He knew exactly what he was talking about.
Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about Belfor Restoration!! I highly recommend a professional outfit like this one if you have an emergency!! Thank you so much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following a burst water pipe, my insurance company engaged the services of BELFOR to repair the damage to my carpet and drywall. They did an excellent job in putting everything back to normal. That was terrific. The people I dealt with were also pleasant and proficient in what they did. I will certainly use BELFOR again, although I don't need another broken water pipe!

The courteous and professional project manager was helpful and supportive throughout, literally answering my numerous emails within two minutes (thanks Sarah J.). I would confidently recommend Belfor Restoration - they made this very stressful time so much easier to manage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible business - have dealt with them 3 times and the issue we have had hasn't been fixed yet. Now, they are trying to bill us over $900.00 for about an hour of work to drop off a humidifier, and cut a hole in a closet ceiling. Will be pursuing this into the future as they won't be getting a dime from us. Was told it would be a 'minimal charge' for this service - we didn't even need the humidifier as we hadn't used the tub for months beforehand. They are just two bit scammers - this makes me wonder what they are charging the insurance companies......zero stars from me (although I clicked on one only because I had to). This will never get paid as long as I am around - highway robbery comes to mind. Not sure what happened to this company - it did used to have good people.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belfor Victoria did amazing work. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I was kept fully informed by the project manager, Adam on where my claim was, what was happening behind the scenes and how long it would take to complete. From the dehumidifier installation and removal to the flooring removal and reinstall with my furniture being moved around ( thank you ladies) it was a job well done.
