β β β β β Excellent Place Ever, people there are friendly!! I got the acupuncture there and Ms. LIU is a really responsible lady who got license for the acupuncture. U can claim the bills to ur insurance company and get the service for free!! Which is awesome!!!

β β β β β Totally agree to the terrible customer service. People at the counter are extremely rude. I had several visit with one doctor and when I called in to talk to the doctor for a simple question. The one answered the phone said I can't if I don't pay. This is ridiculous!!

β β β β β My wife had a miscarriage and was going there for some herbs. They up sold her on everything and would not tell us the price until we got to the cashier. They insisted on picking the medicine for her and not follow what our doctor had told us. Ended up dropping $200+ on herbs that we did not need. Terrible attitude and no moral or ethics at all...they are in the business of ripping people off. Stay away!

β β β β β Rude cashier. Long hair one. The others were not like her. Sheβs so bossy and nagging until I canβt stand her and called her out. She laughed at my prescription and told her colleague that I should get those from a grocery store instead of a medicine store. Then told me that she is mostly a cashier today, so she wonβt be focusing on getting the herbs for me and asked me to wait outside until itβs done. (I refused because thereβs no one else in the store when she said that bull) She served another customer during weighing my herbs, touched cash and coins, touched other packaged items, without taking off her PPE gloves. Then she was about to keep touching the herbs for me without changing PPE gloves. I gave her a hard time by calling her out on laughing at customers prescription, touching cash and attempt to touch herbs without changing PPE. Basically the PPE are just decorations to her, not really follow the Covid sanitizing rules. I didnβt complain about it to her supervisor only because she didnβt continue being mean after I called her out. But as a customer, I am really not happy about their service. If I didnβt speak up for myself, she can be worse without doubt. I will keep going back because I will need traditional Chinese medicine and I believe in it. But I hope their supervisor or boss can see this review and hire some nice people.
