★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with a family member to get acupuncture for her and she was told to get some herbal medicines which required 2.5 hours to be made. We arrived nearly 3 hrs after, only to be told it's not ready and requires at least another 30 minutes. They are not very timely and have no respect towards another person's time. I do not recommend purely based on the amount of time that was wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to buy ready-made Chinese medicines there. Once, I arrived there 10 minutes before closing. A female staff said, "You are late. If we stay longer we don't get more pay." This is a place where I did business for many years, and I dealt with that woman for years. I have never gone back. The staff bought their houses in middle-class areas, but they don't think they must earn their middle-class living.
