★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only taxi in Campbell River that wasn't going to have us waiting for 30 minutes to get picked up at the airport. Said 10 minutes and was there faster than that.
Driver engaged in great conversation about our work trip and provided numerous interesting facts/points of interest about where we were and were going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous services, both Beeline AND C.R Cabs. You're lucky to even get a phone call in, and with beeline? You'll probably be greeted by the apathetic and condescending tone of the lovely operator. The drivers are okay, but the wait time is disgusting. That's probably not the driver's fault though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campbell River. I don't know why Google calls this "service" taxi. This is not a taxi .. they have 2 and a half cars which very rarely arrive on time. Dispatcher Lin forgot about my order today… again. I waiting for a taxi but something happen. Taxi didn’t show up. I called them at 5.03 pm, they told me the car would be there in 30 minutes.. But car didn’t show up even at 5. 46pm. I was calling.many times... they didn’t answer .. this is golden rule for them. They never call back if something happen. They just ignore problem. This happened with us many times. Waiting time 30 minutes or one hour or two hours - this is normal for them, they didn’t have cars or drivers or, or memory, or something else . One driver told me they have just 2 cars. Very Often they forgot to send a car, .. be careful with them .. especially if it's something important or airport. They disorganized, unprofessional, service didn’t work after 12pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for 30 minutes is okay, but having to wait for another one and to deal with the phone agent who does not have a customer service skill and sounds so lazy is just appalling! Worst experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First drive was great new exactly where I needed to go, second driver needed instructions on how to get to my place! I guess with the snow coming down, he was nervous driving in it! Kept hitting the brakes..
