★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping for a wig last Friday 21FEB20. The Outre Venus was at 49.99$ color 1b or 2. I called Beaute Hera on Henri Bourassa, te young lady was really nice she took the time to verify if they had it in store. She confirmed she had both.
Waiste of time and energy.
No where it specify the price will be different in the store. I would have appreciated when I called the Lady specified that information since it's seems they gave the issue pretty often. I would have save a trip. They sale it in store at 61.99$. I wouldn't mind 2-5$ but 20$ there is BIG gap. I asked to talk to a manager. He took his cellphone and saw the same price as me. He look in the system and confirmed the 61.99$. He didn't attempt anything to help me. Even had the nerve to buy online.
For some reason by the time I got back in my car the price was now showing 61.99$ no more 49.99$. I go back inside and the other manager tells me it was a mistake online. He said if I want to buy online they would honore it. Despite the fact they do not say its ONLY online prices and they had the wrong prices online. I asked if they could honore it and they could get the difference with their company. He insisted to purchase online which includes 5-7business days for delivery plus I have to pay for shipping. He said there is an amount to spend so to save shipping.... I remind him its 69.99$ why should I pay hat amount and in store it's cheaper and I still have to wait before I receive the item.
Horrible experience I told them they just lost a customer and they didn't seem to mind at all... BEAUTE HERA = FALSE PUBLICITY & LACK OF RESPECT OF THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMER.
buy online despite the price protected when I have to add shipping and wait over a week....
