★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a kind gesture when staff offered to help out a New Canadian family by replacing the new lense Rx into 11 month old frames purchased from Bear Creek Optical. However, after 3 visits in 3 weeks for frame adjustments, the hinge broke. At this point we wanted to start over with a whole new set of glasses...$125 for lenses and $175 for frames. After many non-returned calls, the owner said he would give $40 off for the 3 week old lenses. Not good enough!
Lesson learned...replacing only lenses compromises frames, even if money is tight when you are working hard at getting ahead. Also learned to stay away from Imran's stores...Bear Creek Optical, Eye See 2020 Optical and the 3rd store that he is trying to open and obviously needs the money for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a amazing experience with this place got in last minute I got the glasses I wanted from the hundreds of designer glasses to chose from seen a doctor that was very professional! Staff helped me find what I was looking for I left very very pleased with the service this will be my go to place from now on and exam was cheaper then any other place I bin to or called thanks for tye great experience
