He displayed Terrible attitude and pathetic communication skills. Really condescending toward customers. Ruined the great vibe that the other great staff created in this store. Hope he gets fired soon

The selection at the Arbutus location is pretty decent and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. For shopping during the cold, wet weather there is a tunnel from the parkade under the Safeway to keep you warm and dry. There are closer liquor stores to my home, but I’ll go the extra distance to shop here.

If you are looking for a quick dash and grab for your basic alcohol needs, then it's a pretty good place to go. Otherwise, it can be a bit of a headache to find parking (though most people try to avoid it so it kind of balances out) as there is lots of construction going on there. Also , the selection is much smaller compared to the 41st and Cambie store. So if you want to browse a large selection, best take the trip to the other location
D	Donald Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new store with lots of selection. If you park in the underground you can get upstairs and into the store but you can’t get back down to your car. I have had this happen three times now. The doors down to the underground parking lot are never unlocked, so you can’t back into the parkade staircase. Not sure who is in charge of unlocking these doors during business but it is very frustrating.

Empty shelves, very very minimal quantity and only couple bottles left from each product with still premium prices! Looks like it was after a long weekend but actually it wasn’t, just a Thursday afternoon! Never coming back!!!
