She responded to emails/ whatsap quickly and efficiently, helped us print stuff for free, told us where to make key copies, and much more. The whole moving process went smoothly and we are more than satisfied with our new home.

So far really content with the quality of the units (all new kitchen set, laundry machine and dryer included) and the professionalism of the management team. Also, really convenient with Safeway right below and other businesses opening up too!

From the moment I took my tour with him through my move-in, Ilan exceeded my expectations with the care he took to personally ensure everything I needed was addressed. As an older couple this certainly could have been a stressful time and certainly started off stressful. All this changed when we visited Arbutus Residences where we met with Pruthvi and Ilan. Both were personable, professional and patient. Never overwhelmed and showed us options at a relaxed pace. We never felt rushed or felt like we are an interruption. (a feeling we had at some places) From completing the application to approval was less than 24 hours. Even after we rented and completed all the paperwork we were welcomed by Ilan on his day off to take picture and measurements. Now just the waiting until we move in mid June. Very pleased with the whole experience. Would highly recommend Ilan and Pruthvi, (and the homes they lease) Thank you both. Laurence

Nothing was too much trouble for him. He answered all our queries very competently. We were particularly pleased that he was not "pushy", which would have put us off, but was just friendly and obliging, giving us confidence that the management team here will be similarly helpful.

As a recently built apartment, it has brand new furniture and more importantly a friendly and helpful management team. I especially appreciate the support of Ilan Garmaisei. I was impressed with the apartments and the complex. My apartment has a lovely balcony that overlooks a central quadrangle that is beautifully landscaped with an area for children. That makes me happy. I want to live in a community of people of different ages and where pets are allowed. I also like that the development is new and the apartments are nicely finished and air-conditioned. The representative of the management company I am dealing with is Ilan Garmaise. He has been lovely to deal with, answering my questions, addressing my needs and concerns and helping to relieve some of my moving anxiety.
