I had a nightmare experience with these people regarding the registration and insuring of an imported vehicle...received very bad directions based on their lack of knowledge. They just couldn't bring themselves to apologize and blamed ICBC for their incompetence. Sad....

Usually good service, but is a 70-30 odds. Either you get a good agent or you get a checklist employee who greets you because is in the book, asks the questions that have to be asked but does not care nor looks at you in the eye...you feel you are the next 15 minutes. Shame because this erases the 70% good work

I'm having the worst experience with this company, have tried cancelling my additonal car insurance for the past 1.5 months! Even though I cancelled my insurance with them with the correct form the monthly fee was still taken from my credit card 2 weeks later. To get this money back now is an undertaking you wouldn't believe - called and emailed several times, they assured me 2 weeks ago that I'll get a credit back to my card (should only take 3-4 days they said) - still no credit has been applied to this day! Sent 2 more emails about this - no response! Terrible customer service, try to avoid this company if you can. It's funny that these errors only happen to their advantage, especially once they have your credit card #, have not seen that they have forgotten to charge me a monthly fee - oops we made an error .... To get through on the phone to anyone is also a challenge, you are on hold forever and then after a long wait all you can do is leave a voicemail for someone to call you back! I'm so glad I don't need to deal with this anymore, if only I get my money back now!
