★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the absolute best experience staying at Bayview.
The area is very central close to all amenities but still quiet and residential, minutes away from Stanley Park and Seawall walkway. Everything of interest, restaurants, grocery stores etc., are within 5-7 min. walking distance.
The unit and amenities were all new and super clean when I moved in! Neighbours are quiet and respectful too. The building is so well taken care of with 24 hour concierge and security.
The management here deserves AWARDS really: throughout my tenancy, they've been so professional, polite and helpful at every step. Both the management and concierge team are highly accommodating and always strive to look after you.
Coming from NY, this building has been an absolute dream to live in for me for the last one and half years.
I can't wait to move back here again next year when I return to the city. Thank you for everything Bayview team.
I would highly recommend this place if you are moving to Downtown Vancouver area.

We had an amazing view and we never got tired of it. If we ever move back to Vancouver we would definitely live here again it would be our number one choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and management. I applied the apartment outside of the country. Property manager Ms Lidia and Ms Olivera provided very strong support on my move in experience. I really enjoyed living here. The management team are very professional and always take care of my requests in a short time. The location is good and the view is awesome. If I ever move back to Vancouver, I would definitely live here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lives there for 3 years. The location is amazing. However, the apartment is not sound proof. The managers are very professional. In the summer the apartment becomes very hot! I liked how they would create an event where you can meat your neighbors, the summer annual BBQ.

She is fair, reliable, and extremely valuable. In my 25+ years of experience I have never had such a great collaboration as with Lidia. Zoran is best maintenance manager and he is gem too. Thanks to the Bayview team for all the wonderful moments spent together. You are the best team. I love you a lot.
