β β β β β I had a great time in Vancouver.
I stayed two months at the condo on the 1200 alberni street. The place was very spacious for three and clean. It was very near to Robson st. so easy to enjoy restaurants and shops there. And also it's near to Coal hobour so good to see the sea in Vancouver.
Especially people in this company were very nice and helpful. Thank you to Karel.
Lastly I received deposits 100%.
I already recommended this rent company to Korean internet cafe(hello vancouver). If I go back to Vancouver, I definitely will stay here again.
Thank you again I really enjoyed there with my children.

β β β β β I'm writing this review on behalf of my Father, who recently rented a
suite at 555 Jervis Street, in Vancouver. He truly enjoyed his 4-month
stay, and was very comfortable and quite pleased with the cleanliness and provided amenities . He really appreciated the indoor pool and gym, and was able to greatly improve his fitness level and overall well-being. As we were checking out, he said that he would really miss the fantastic view from his 10th floor living room window, which featured the North Shore mountains, Coal Harbour, and the Seawall. We also found the Staff at Dunowen Properties very friendly, professional, and quite easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to visit Vancouver for vacations and extended stays.

We loved EVERYTHING! Beautiful apartment in a perfect location Downtown. Seconds away from Robson street, which has restaurants, shops, amenities surrounding it. Close to public transport, and best of all it is within walking distance to Stanley Park. The views from the apartment are also fantastic with Coal Harbour and the mountains all within eye shot. The apartment is very clean and has facilities to allow you to cook if you wish. The landlord has been the best, very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We arrived later than expected and he waited to show us around the apartment and made sure we had a map and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend for anyone planning to visit Vancouver to stay here. Fantastic all round, so pleased we chose the apartment.

β β β β β Absolutely happy with the apartment and the management company staff. We were looking for a place to leave in for 2 months, close to all the key places (banks, government & business offices, and of course a beautiful Stanley Park) and found this not huge but very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Being stressed out after a very long trip we were glad to see there was everything needed for a life - a well-equipped kitchen, both bathrooms and bedrooms. More than what you get in any hotel.
And there is a nice little residential garden that you get access to from the 2nd floor as a resident.
The only possible negative to living in the downtown is the big city noise.

Heβll go above and beyond to ensure your apartment needs are met. He is extremely professional, kind, charismatic, cheerful, always available, very quick to respond and act when I have questions and concerns.
Overall great team. They are organized, efficient and reliable. I wouldnβt go anywhere else.

We had never encountered any but professional and flawless service .
The rental properties are always in a great location
Always super clean and comfortable.
They are fully furnished and new linens , towels and kitchen supplies.
Wonderful job and highly recommend.

β β β β β Michael Enriquez, property manager, of Dunowen properties hired us to repair water damages for the unit 802 1205 Howe Street and also asked us to help transforming the unit with a design for the place to look more appealing for prospective tenants. After spending 3 months of great communications and hard working days at the unit. When everything was completing on time after a complete walk thru with Michael Enrique. The Unit was rented out right away at a higher rental rate.
OUT OF NOWHERE, Michael started bringing in unrelated random bills that were charged to the unit at us trying to bring our remaining balance down. Itβs UNACCEPTABLE to treat us hard working trades or anyone else this way especially not after we did everything that was asked for and more on helping other tasks without additional costs.
A builderβs lien has been placed on this residence, and up to this day, we still have not been paid yet. I hope the home owner of this unit is fully aware this situation. Thereβs NO TRUST or RESPECT in working for Dunowen properties.
