Nestled along the shores of Manitowaning Bay you'll find one of Manitoulin Island's best kept secrets: Bayside Resort deluxe waterfront accommodations - a new log cabin for the price of an average hotel room!

Enjoy the beauty that is Manitoulin Island and the tranquility that is Bayside Resort - on our private waterfront property surrounded by lush evergreens to the back and sparkling clear water to the front.

Choose from 3 gorgeous newly constructed accommodations situated just 30ft. from the water's edge, each sleeps up to 6 guests, tastefully decorated, featuring ceramic tile flooring throughout. Each cabins equipped with full kitchens, satellite TV, complimentary Internet access, a private patio, propane BBQ, outdoor wood firepit, and much more.

Bayside Resort is privately owned and operated. We are situated just outside of the village of Wikwemikong, while tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town life. Our deluxe accommodation facilities are close to all amenities: 18-hole Championship Golf Course, restaurants, grocery stores, an LCBO, a Dollar Store, convenience stores and numerous gift shops. All of Manitoulin's businesses, natural attractions and activities are easily reached from Bayside Resort's locale.

Did you know? Each of our waterfront log cabins are modern, available for rent year round! In the summer months of July and August we only rent out our log cabins for a week at a time from a Saturday to Saturday. But any other time of year is when ever you'd like to stay for.

All remaining rental fees are DUE THE DAY OF check-in. Upon arrival, we accept Etransfer, Visa, MasterCard, and/or cash.

When we walked into the cabin it looked exactly the same as the pictures on the website. The cottage is spotlessly clean, kitchen is well stocked and linens on the beds so fresh and beds comfy. The view from the cottage was fabulous and there is plenty of places to sit at the dock and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The owners are very welcoming. We highly reccomend Bayside Resort and will definitely be returning.

Awesome hiking trails are not very far away. We'll be sure to come back in the summer to enjoy the water activities.
J	Jo Jo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and cozy space to relax in. The owners kept the walkway salted and shovelled during our winter stay. Beautiful view, clean and tidy cabin. Fireplace sets the ambience and the only thing you need to be aware of is a ladder for the loft. There is no oven, but they do have a stove top and microwave so keep that in mind when bringing food. They have a fire pit which can be used as well. If you forget something or need a snack, there are two stores close by both leas than a 5 minute drive and one you can certainly walk to. We LOVED our stay here and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Wiikwemkoong. Miigwetch.

Everything you need for a quiet weekend getaway was in the cabin.. Our neighbors went ice fishing and caught a ton of fish. The view was absolutely stunning. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be back again.
