★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slumlord here make this place worse then it needs to be, the condition of the building is by no means pleasant inside, constant issues from numerous apartments such as plumbing, electrical, poor insulation, ect but don’t complain because the slumlord will say it’s just the tenants fault and threaten them with eviction and that they are suppose to either freeze in the winter or die of heat exhaustion in the summer.. constant plumbing issues. Though this place is for lower income I didn’t expect a palace but this is absolutely garbage and people have basic rights that are being ignored here.
This buildings company clearly doesn’t care or they would act on this disgrace of a human being running an apartment building like a prison.
