Kim in reception is always welcoming and quick to answer questions. They all work together as a team, and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a doctor and get a chance to be their patient.
A	Alan Crozier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with them for a decade. Doctor seems nice and all but it's never fun to call. Not sure if Kim the receptionist is going to be polite or ignorant. Usually the latter.. Her and Dr. Weatherall refuse to meet a 12 year old little girl who might suffer from ADHD after the communist lockdown that has put many children into a depression. Want to put her on a 18 to 24 month wait list and not even meet with her to speak how to cope . Yet still take in the older lady with a cough. Luckily childrens Mental health and walk in clinics care more about children than these 2 do and will meet with her. On top of that.. they don't call you with results of tests. "No call is good news". Which leaves you wondering and concerned instead of simply making a brief 1 minute simple call. In conclusion.. unless you're old.. forget about having a good experience with them as you're not priority.
