It's an alright place, but the kitchen cupboards and drawers are extremely poor grade...worse than particle board. Paint is of poor quality, so are the doors and tracks on both hallway and bedroom doors. Other than the ceramic flooring laid only in the entrance, hall area and kitchen, these apartments were built by means of cutting every single financial corner possible. Integrity definitely went out the windows here.

be prepared to pay more than the list price, there are additional fees used to bump up the price, and the level of service has been in steady decline, you will pay for parking and they will hire the cheapest contractor to clear the parking lot, which means there is a reasonable chance you will have to shovel your own spot after paying them $300 a year in parking fees.

When I moved her 3 yrs ago there were alot of promises made. Since then we have had a alot of change over of staff including managers with lots of promises and no follow thru. I have asked the managers before why dont you post a paper with a photo and name everytime we get new staff that way we know whos working her. Last week I waqs in the elevato with the new manager who didnt not introduce herself when she got off someone else told me who she was. Snow removal is terriable The first year we had a man that cleaned the parking lot in the winter we would get a notice to make our cars by 9 am so he could plow he did a great job. The 2nd year we had someone different person no noitice to move our car because he came when he felt like it sometimes at night sometimes in the day time we were never given notice to move out cars. Today Jan 18 2020 we had alot of snow the plow came about 9;30 pm plowed the driving part just one line down the middle of the parking lot. The next day I moved my car at 10 am the next day hoping when I got back it would be cleaned, I walk with a cane slipped in the snow bank he left behid my car when I came back 3 hours later it still has not been plowed so I called the office spoke to a young lady who had no idea when it would be plowed come to fine out shes only worked her for 3 months. ||It still isnt plowed. I was told I could have a garden spot since I liked to gaden and its the first time I have beern in an apt if over 30 yrs. My 2nd year here I planted perennial the first yr the snow play man broke the planter and dumped all the salt snoe in the garden killing most of the plants they said they would talk to him and fix it they didnt replace the lost flowers or herbs. The next year the samething happened and they fixed it but they then manage to give me spot to someone they got the numbers mixed up somehow when I went to plant my garden all my flowers and herbs were pulled out and put in the trash they didnt replace them so I no longer have a graden because eaxch year it cost me over $100 that got distroyed and never replaced. In the summer the first floor in my building smells like mold they say its froim the pool but it wasnt opened most of the summer last year and the hallway that is the worsed smell is no were near the pool. When you ask for repairs they show up not knowing why they are there and take alongtime and end up needing to come back the next day. only fix as few things on the list. When I moved in my closet rack was out of the wall they said they would fix it more then 3 years later still not fixed. They need to find away to vent the heat in the summer from the hallways there are times its been so hot its made the fire alarms go off. Not only that but it makes the tentants keep there ac on high all summer starting in May until Oct and it waste energy. They waste alot of paper with notices just this week I received 3 in my door one I get with each new manager asking for my e mail address so they can e mial notices they have had my e mail address since I moved in and not one e mail notice. I washers in the laundry are so small inside you can only fit one set of sheet in. I find them very expensive for the size. My son who lives in Toronto he was bigger machines that are the same side on the out side but they inside is larger and cheaper. I was told you have a contract with the company and cant change it but you should be sble to ask for a different size machine alot of people take thier wash to a laundry mate I rented her for the location and for the amenities. The amenities are lacking no pool for seveal months noi garden lacking cleaness expensive laundry machines. I stay for one reason location.

It’s a retirement home… everyone there is old and miserable. If you go there and the worker Ann is there watch out she will go into your apartment when your not home and abuse her power
