M	Monica Hinton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing building and not executive living. Some matters are addressed by the company in a very timely matter and others have been ignored. Having lived in executive living suites in other provinces, very low quality of work in this building and a let down in terms of the finished product, the parking, the non-smoking policy (which people do not follow), and attention to detail. For the cost of the unit, I expected more and have been let down.

The only thing high end about this place is the rent and the outrageously high electric bills due in part to the excessive delivery charges and the inefficient electric heat pump system. The parking spaces are excessively narrow making parking very difficult that is if you can park at all at times with vehicles more prone to scratches and dents. Ambiguous parking signage often inviting public use of our assigned and paid for Disability parking space. Security!!! We always feel vulnerable and unsafe living here because of the inability to lock our apartment door from the inside or even verify if this supposedly"high tech" locking system is engaged. The buildings and property are poorly and shamefully maintained and yet we are constantly receiving maintenance notices etc for entry often a "NO SHOW". We requested a rent abatement for services and amenities undelivered and in retallation we were unscrupliously harrassed by Skyline in an attempt to secure our silence. Do yourself a favor and "STAY AWAY"
R	Ray Unknown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my apartment. The superintendent or manager is really nice and always ask how I’m doing. The new guy that’s here that cleans is doing a pretty good job as he’s always busy and never seems to stop.

They were incredibly difficult to deal with and kept getting tossed around to different people who didn't really know what they were doing. Just a big corporate entity of not really caring about people. If you commit, be prepared to be ignored, pay a lot and as a bonus, enjoy the dings in your car doors.
