★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff sold me an Alcatel phone that was not updated properly to fix a known software bug. My request to exchange the phone for Chatr credits was refused. Upon returning the phone, staff accused me of not returning a protective case (untrue) and of removing the Chatr sim card. (The sim card had been removed by a co-worker the previous day and he eventually found it with persistence and direction on my part) The staff was inept, rude and offered no apology for his 2 errors that caused me considerable inconvenience (including the 3 trips to the store) and a lot of frustration. He also offered no apology for his two false accusations that I found highly insulting. Avoid this place!
