L	Lindsay Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. I called two weeks prior for an accessible taxi for a person I support. The person I spoke to on the phone personally called the person who drives the accessible taxi to confirm availability. I paid in advance and they charged my credit card $36. On the evening they were scheduled to pick the person up at 9:30pm, they didn’t call until 9:42pm to say there were no available taxis! The person I support has no other means of transportation and is not able to just call another taxi! This left the person stranded. Complete neglect and horrible service. I personally will never use Barrie taxi even for my own services.

It’s now 7:55 still no driver and I am now late. Now they are sending someone. I asked about calling other companies and they assured me not to and that’s he’s “close”. Brutal. I will never use this service again.
E	Eric s. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 MINUTES TO WAIT FOR A TAXI?!?! Called in at 9.36 Am for a taxi in the middle of barrie! After 15 minutes passed, I call again to ask why its taking so long and the woman tells me he's about 4 minutes away. I call again 10 min after that phone call only for them to tell me he's 2 min away. How does this happen? First of all, having to wait 30 minutes for a taxi??? Then being told he's 4 more minutes after the 15 min mark and then 15 minutes after that he arrives? Despite the fact I named the exact location where I was at and what store and the driver still goes to the wrong place. At 10.06 am he finally arrived!!!
s	samanthagxox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $$$$ Nice driver. smelly not fresh car. dirty and for the price being paid for a 10minute ride after dropping my car off i jumped into a dirty car. You gotta have cleaner vehicles inside and out if you expect passenger to 23.50 for 10min/8km drive.

All three times the people driving were great at driving, on time, kind, the cars were clean and comfortable. I drove yesterday from the Barrie bus terminal to Wassaga Beach and took the same route two more times 4 months ago. Thank you.
C	Colin Cole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver did not know how to get to public school 2 minutes from condo we were staying at and refused to use Google maps when prompted until he had given up trying to find it on his own. Spouse was still charged for the time the driver spent looking for the school, and she arrived late for work. Next time I will call an uber.

When I call the operator is friendly and understanding of my needs and even explains things I didn't know before. The drivers are safe drivers, clean cars, and they have different payment methods. Overall have had a good experience but things can always be improved such as the app. I struggle using it and I'm pretty tech savvy so that part needs improvement.
