It was a breeze to make a reservation with them and get an email confirmation for both my trips to and from the airport. Our driver Scott was a great driver, not only that he drove us to Pearson airport but he also brought us back from the airport a week later. Both times he was prompt and texted me before the pick up which I really appreciated. I will use this taxi service again in fall.

My boss was heading to Orlando for a quick one-night meeting and knowing how confusing the airport is, how far away it is from his destination and how preoccupied he would be, I felt that hiring a car service was our best option. Not only, Barrie airport taxi took my boss to the airport from our head office in Barrie, but they also arranged an affiliate in Orlando. We have already booked them for the return from Pearson back to Barrie. Great service!!!

The price was very fair and reasonable so I called two days later to book. I spoke with Mike and he was extremely polite, professional and answered all of my questions. He was so awesome that I also booked my ride back from Pearson airport to Barrie with him without even getting in the first ride yet. I have that much confidence that my other experiences with the drivers will be just as awesome. Update: driver picked us up at the airport. He texted me when I arrived to let me know he was here and asked me to let him know when I had our bags. He stayed in communication with me the whole time and was very tentative to us and our needs. My dad ended up bringing a folding wheelchair that I didn't know about at the time I made the reservation and the driver was able to make it work. He used every inch of that vehicle to get all our luggage in! We were a party of 6 going on a cruise so we had large suitcases and lots of carry ons. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and in good working condition. The drive was about 1 hour and 10 minutes and the driver was fun to talk with and very entertaining and engaging.

The driver was waiting curb side upon our arrival & greeted us with a text & instructions on where to find him. Safe driver whom delivered us to our friend’s home. Beautiful New black full size SUV, immaculate and spacious! We were so pleased we booked a return transfer! Jane, was our return driver. Jane is incredibly friendly,polite, & informative. Jane truly left a positive last impression of Barrie and Airport taxi service Barrie. I recommend this company and request Jane!

From the ease of booking to quick communication to timely pickup to their spotless vehicles, I highly recommend Airport Taxi Service Barrie for their transport service in Barrie. Not to mention that the price is also great and very reasonable. Every time I have used them, my driver is always prompt and communicative. I get a text from him the the second my plane lands and instructions on how to find the car. They arrived 15 minutes early for pick up to the airport easing an anxiety.
