★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place to workout. The equipment is kept clean. Fairly quiet during the summers. It's nice that they offer discounts to students of other schools and alumni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet gym early mornings and late nights. It can get very crowded during peak hours noon/afternoon/evenings. It can get smelly too. Nevertheless, it has everything I need for training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is well equipped with a wide variety of equipment, qualified trainer's and an exceptional array of well instructed fitness classes. The staff are polite and helpful and the gymnasium, rock wall, fitness center and multi purpose room are always immaculate.

I really enjoy this gym. I like that there as a fair set of equipment (not like good life but fair). I really enjoy the ABT workout they offer and some of the yoga classes depending on the teacher. The rock climbing wall is a nice addition to the gym but I really wish they had a pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management spends more time harassing customers (particularly women about their clothing) than actually managing the gym. Do yourself a favour and try out either Worlds Gym, La Fitness or Goodlife as they are significantly better for a fraction of the price. Only reason I gave 1 star was because it is impossible to rate lower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why say one hour time limit if your going to harass me at 45 minutes telling me to get out? Why even need a time limit in the first place when there's barely anyone in the workout room? Sometimes I wonder where my tuition money went smh
