Most definitely the best place I have worked out the coach’s and even the other members are fantastic everyone cheers everyone on pushes people to new limits.
The place where your weakness becomes a strength.
You’ll leave on a high…. I do daily :)

I was a newbie to CrossFit when I started at the age of 52… but like the good ol saying goes..
It’s never too late to try something new. ?♀️?
Coach Laura is very patient & helpful. ?
Everyone is friendly & they make you feel welcome.
I am always in awe of the advanced athletes at the gym!! ?
I’m glad I have stuck with it & will continue to learn & grow. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Joined CrossFit Somos about three months ago and absolutely LOVE it. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated like family. There is such a good vibe with all the members no matter what time slot you are working out in. The staff and coaches are very knowledgeable and love to help and love to see the improvements in their athletes. I would highly recommend this CrossFit gym to any newcomer or experienced athlete.

The gym's large and open space is awesome, they have a plethora of equipment for use and the coaches that I've thus far worked with are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for newcomers and experienced athletes alike!

Laura & Armando are two of the kindest, most down to earth people I have the privilege of knowing. They along with the rest of the coaching staff make CrossFit Somos more that just a place to get a great workout, it’s a sanctuary where I can rejuvenate my mind, body & soul.
