They are very polite and they have FAIR prices! They also have a very nice little shop thats neat and tidy. Will be going back for all my vehicle needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service. Had issue with my BMW X5 for Valvetronic motor, which is very tricky and only very few people can fix it. Jack is amazing and very friendly. He is super knowledgeable and understood the issue right away. Give me honest feedback rather trying to rip me off. If you have high end German cars and looking for honest people, they are the best in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend right track. Gord provides trustworthy answers and helped me prioritize what needed to be now versus what could wait. He fixed problems that other mechanics/quick stop ‘lube shops’ caused or failed to fix at a very reasonable price. Right track was able to fit my car in when it desperately needed service which shows just how down to earth and understanding they are. As a female I did not feel like I was spoken down to or taken advantage of. Gord took the time to show me what was wrong and when possible gave me a few options on how to fix things. If you need a mechanic this is where you want to take your vehicle.

You can take your chances with the big shops with the comfy waiting area and big screen TVs, or you can have Right Track fix your vehicle right the first time and actually be able to talk to the mechanic. Gord is honest and upfront, doesn't talk down or make things more complicated than they have to be. The prices are fair and the work is done well. One of the best mechanics I've ever been to and I'll be happy to go back in the future.
