L	Lyne Lapointe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE. The groomer, Stacey, HURT and TRAUMATIZED my old toy poodle, Oscar. When I picked him up, he was laying on an old bed on the floor and I could tell something was wrong. Stacey groomed him before without any problems. However not this time.. She told me that he bit her three times. He bit her because she was hurting him. When I got home and was able to take a good look at him, I was horrified. The skin around his neck was all chafed, and his underbelly looked raw. His ears were really sore. I held him wrapped in a blanket for the next two days. It's been a week now and he's still not right. I can't put my hands near his head because he keeps growling. He's still in pain. I went back yesterday and talked with her and she denied any wrong doing. Her lack of accountability and concern really bothered me. She kept saying that I signed a waiver that gave her the right to use some sort of muzzle because he bit her.(The muzzle was a plastic sphere a dog's head is confined into). However the waiver did NOT gave her the right to hurt him. Her misjudgment of the situation has been baffling. Stacey should have called me as soon as there was a problem with Oscar. If she can justify hurting an old dog without any remorse, she can do it to yours also.
