Maggy's Pet Boutique

I've had the privilege of shopping and grooming at Maggy's Pet Boutique. This is the best pet store I've ever been in. The grooming is top notch always very happy with the service. You can tell they really care about your pet. They have an awesome selection of specialty food and new product ideas. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!

Just picked up my cockapoo, Karma from his first grooming appointment at Maggie’s and Ashely did such a great job. She was super sweet and great with him, plus he looks and smells so good! Thx Ashley, we are really pleased with all aspects of the service and will definitely be back.

Maggie have recently came over to my house to groom my cat. She was amazinggggg!!!! I never had my simba groomed so well and handled. I have been to so many places for grooming but never had an amazing experience for simba and for me. She is so friendly and knows exactly how to have conversation with your pet to make it easy for them. I will strongly recommend her specially during this crazy times of lockdown its super convenient.

I was looking for a local dog groomer. I was wrong picking this groomer as she rushed through the cut and sliced my dogs eye causing an ulcer which got infected. Owner knows and didn't offer any sort of compensation and took all blame off the groomer. We still are not sure if he will lose his eye. Be aware who you trust with your loved pets. I WILL NEVER use them again. Buyer beware.

We moved to the area recently and found Maggy’s as our new groomer. I see Christina for regular grooming for our golden doodle, Cosmo. Christina is super sweet with Cosmo, and she is very attentive, detailed and talented at what she does. She actively listens to how I want him cut and always asks for feedback for anything I am not happy about, so we can change it for next time.

Marcia and her staff took incredible care of my 1 yr old aussie shepard/border collie. They offer top of the line products and grooming services at reasonable prices, and the staff are all super friendly. Best in the Niagara region, would highly recommend! Thanks for everything.

We bring our miniature schnauzer regularly and are very happy with the service. Christina always asks what I’m looking to get done, and she does exactly what I asked her. Obi loves her and always comes out looking great!

I took my puppy for a full groom and cut. The appointment booking and communication was great and done with ease. I was able to get in a last minute appointment due to a cancelation. I dropped off my puppy and all seemed well. I texted a photo for how I would like my puppy's hair cut to look like. When I returned it was very different than the photo. The grooming was done very well, ears cleaned, nails cut, she smelled amazing for quite some time and no itching or reaction to the products. I am very disappointed with the cut. I asked for her ear fur to be kept long, the rest of her fur not to be cut too short because it is cold outisde but trim around her eyes. Also, in one area the fur was shorter than the rest, her ear fur still hasn't grown back, the grooming was completed on December 23rd, 2021. Here are the results, the photo I asked to be used to cut her hair, the before photo, after photo and the photo a couple of days later, after the blow out of fur. I realize that I forgot to mention, my puppy was not matted. We regularly brush and comb her fur. She may have not had a cut but we knew she would get spayed and didn't want to do too much prior to her operation. The ear fur that was cut too short was definitely not matted so not sure how that happened. Maybe a really busy groomer, I don't know. I make sure I thoroughly write review from every aspect possoble before posting as I want and need it to be fair for those who are reading and making a decision on a business or service. Grooming was amazing! The cut was our biggest issue. I also don't appreciate the person who replied to my review your mentioning my puppy's name as I never mentioned it once in the review. We didn't return based on the cut. Family and friends were also disappointed by the results.
