★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is lacking. Short with customers. 3 different occasions and each time they were rude, short and didn't want to help. Perhaps higher management needs to send the message that a smile and being helpful keeps customers coming back. Others I know have had similar situations happen to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the friendliest staff of any store I have ever been to! They even remember your name and say hi when they see you out and about in Beamsville. THE BEST pet store - knowledgeable and friendly staff. The bad reviews they received here are sadly only because they are adhering to strict pandemic protocol. It's not their fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way the staff treats customers is abhorrent, and down right abusive, I have never been spoken to like that over trying to discuss a substitution for my dogs food with an actual person.
edited to add-
I spoke with the customer service Manager for Pet Value Canada she apologized for the store owners behavior and let me know that appropriate action with the owner will be taken as this is not the way customers should be treated. Hopefully this prompts the owner to start treating people with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very sorry to read such sad reviews about poor customer service. I've been shopping at this store for many years and have always found them cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Maybe we are all a little on edge because of Covid, but a smile and kindness toward each other goes a long way. This store is clean, neat and well organized. I hope to continue shopping here for a long time!

Great customer service is becoming less and less common. I want to recognize when a store goes above and beyond. Thanks for all of your help
