★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been feeding BCR food to my 2 dogs for several years now. I have always found the quality of their food to be very good and their customer service is second to none!! This week was no exception. There was an item missing from my order, the ladies in customer service were very friendly and helpful and they went over and above to correct a simple mistake. THANK YOU BCR!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 4 year old golden retriever . She has been on raw food for 3 years. I switch her to big country raw 2 years ago. In the last 4 month , it happen 2 times that , I opened the patty and it smell so bad my dog refuse to take it it was the salmon , turkey and lamb . I throw out the box . I told the local store I get it from they said I have to contact the big country itself . I didn’t bother . Today I opened another box of Turkey dinner it smell so bad that couldn’t stand it my self . Thanks god I had some dry food so I could feed my dog . I try the other patty from the same package and same problem. I went to the local store with my package . They want me to bring back the paper box which I usually won’t keep . As this the only way big country accept to refund . The big county has changed the packaging and increase the price by about 20% . As a customer I expect more . I will switch my dog to another brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using for a week and my dog loves it so far! Thanks for explaining the colour differences between each meal, I am happy with the added vitamins and minerals as it is less work when you’re on the go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using this food for years and the prices never went up. The last couple of years the prices have gone up so much that I can't afford it anymore. At one point I had all my cats and three dogs eating this, now down to one dog only for the reason of not being able to find pure duck and salmon. now multiple companies are offering it, no hormones and delivered for no extra cost. I'll be switching as of this week due to being priced out from buying this food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to feed this to my cats, and back then they had quality control in place. I have been feeding our elderly Dachshund pure Turkey and the last few batches look grey and are spoiled (Smells off) and give our dog diarrhea.I will seek out a different raw supplier and let all my raw feeder friends to stop feeding this product. Obviously, this Ma and Pa shop got too big? and are now making very bad mistakes.Do not feed you animals their product.There are no second chances, either you have your act together, or you do not. AND..... I JUST FOUND OUT THE PURE TURKEY HAS BEEN RECALLED FOR PRODUCTION ISSUES. Time to get out of the Pet food industry. Brutal.

I was a huge fan, I've watched the packaging become more wasteful while the bones become smaller and more expensive (maybe to pay for the extra plastic in the packaging?) Do not recommend, as they have become more popular the less the company seems to care about environment and value. Recently switched to a butcher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog is obsessed with the green beef tripe. Its the only food he will eat. I often can't find it in stores so I started ordering it online/delivery. The service is fantastic. It always comes frozen solid. The quality is great. When Covid lock downs first began I did an online order and they had a bouquet of tulips. It made my day. I highly recommend this product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I have 2 dogs, I always split their meal and keep close eyes when they are eating.
Today, I found a plastic inside their meal and my dog almost ate it because it was mixed in with food. (This piece of plastic is separate from the packaging and was embedded in the food)
If I wasn’t careful, my dog could have choked or worse.
Do not recommend this product or brand. Unprofessional delivery to careless quality controls. Company should be ashamed of their poor business practices
