The owner educated us on how to properly take care of our dogs grooming needs. The owners knowledge and caring personality makes us feel so comfortable bringing our dog to her salon. He always looks fantastic after his appointment. The salon is always neat and clean which also makes us very comfortable leaving our fur baby there.
M	Mike Rau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have taken our small morkie Oreo to Doggy Day Care at Pooch Haven twice per week for the last few months and have been incredibly happy with the service we have received. Oreo isn't the most social of dogs but he is super excited when he realizes we are going to Pooch Haven in the morning. We get photos and videos of the dogs playing throughout the day and Oreo comes home exhausted at the end of such a fun day. The dogs are separated by day into large or small so there is never any fear of our small dog playing too roughly with a larger dog and getting injured. Rachelle and all the employees who work with the dogs are kind and excellent to deal with. Would 100% recommend their services if you are looking for a daycare experience for your large or small dog!

The staff at Pooch Haven are very loving, generous, responsible, and everything you would want for your dog. I can leave my young puppy with Pooch Haven without any concerns. They constantly share photos and pictures of your dog and are very responsive. I have peace of mind knowing my dog is safe, active, and being attended to at all times. Love Pooch Haven and recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe, loving, and fun day care.

The treatment of the dogs there is amazing. They really make sure that your dog will feel as safe and comfortable as possible. The environment is peaceful and the salon is very clean and tidy. I bring my dog to Pooch Haven to be groomed as well, and i am impressed every single time! Seeing the way Rachelle and Hilary handle the dogs they groom is amazing. As a co-op student Rachelle and the other employees have taught me so much. I have gotten the opportunity to groom dogs, do doggie daycare, customer service and much more! I am extremely grateful for the opportunity I have gotten at Pooch Haven. Rachelle is always kind, considerate and understanding to me as well as the other employees. Rachelle and the others have really made me feel like part of the team and i’m so glad i’ve been able to do my co-op there. I will always try to find time to put in some shifts there after my co-op is over. I honestly don’t think i could see myself never working there again with such wonderful people. Their love for their customers and their dogs is unmatched! And that is why I have and will continue to recommend Pooch Haven to anyone that owns a dog.

I’ve been bringing my dog in for a while and I decided to apply in 2021. I originally worked as a Groomer’s Assistant for the summer, and although I now spend the majority of my time out of town for school, I still look forward to picking up some shifts when it’s possible. Working with dogs was always a goal of mine, and being a part of the Pooch Haven family united me with likeminded people who genuinely love and care for our pets. Rachelle and Hilary are both amazing groomers, and they love what they do. Not only do they care for every dog that comes in, but they work hard to make Pooch Haven a clean and pleasant environment. Rachelle is a great boss who genuinely cares for her employees. She’s extremely understanding and puts in the effort to ensure that the workplace is a safe and comfortable space for everyone. Pooch Haven truly is a team, who practices utmost respect while ensuring the comfort and safety of every animal, and person, they serve.

She always made her feel comfortable and took amazing care with her. Now, my dog Charlie, who has a bit more spunk, Rachelle still has the same approach of making him feel comfortable and well cared for. Both dogs have always looked amazing after being groomed by Rachelle and her staff. The staff is friendly, professional, accommodating and passionate about the dogs.
