Nathan is very thorough with his service and the backup documentation is very well elaborated. All details provided regarding the building were comprehensive and easy to understand.
Thanks to the inspection we became aware of all areas of concern on the property and we feel well assured as we now understand exactly what we are buying.
If we ever buy another property in the future we are certainly going to use Nathan and Timberline services again!

I was very pleased with the quality of, and level of detail in the inspection report which I received the same day. I was also very happy with the cost of the service. He sent the report on the same day of the inspection and also took the time to show me the good, the bad, and the ugly in-person. He is very open and friendly, and to get an appointment was quick and effortless on my part.
