★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were professional and friendly. Mikki did an excellent job with my manicure (even correcting a smudge I had made!) Ruby was very polite and courteous when I was booking the appointment as well... All around a great experience. Looking forward to the next appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gotten my nails done a few times, they’re always great, but I was extra impressed when I had a shellac nail not set properly, they opened their schedule right away to to fix it quickly. I appreciated their caring and felt very well handled :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here twice with my niece just to have fun time together. Both times they completely ignored my niecs a customer and gave her the worst service. My niece had such a bad experience here that she doesn’t go to any salons anymore. She only had pedi and simple nail polish but they made her wait an hour and kept saying they will do it soon. And the nail polish only needs like two minutes. At the end we were so frustrated that we left without getting the nail polish for her, and they still charged us for everything. They totally ruined our day which was supposed to be fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Barbie Nails to get shellac and gel regularly. Since switching to gel, my nails only turn out well 50% of the time. My most recent set was very bad quality including left over colour from my previous set on the sides, bumpy gel, new colour did not go to the cuticle, tip or sides of my nails and top coat did not cure so it was scuffed and sticky. I requested a fix and my message was ignored, I will not be coming back. Very unimpressed that I was charged $70, I still tipped, and was ignored when I asked them to fix it.
