Now that Servus Credit Union has taken over Ingelwood Savings and Credit Union, you just watch the local Inglewood community be bombarded and harassed by the staff of Servus to join their credit union. Mark my words they will come to your doors like Jehova Witnesses of banking praising themselves as a better alternative to a charter bank. They are not.
h	hugh mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servus Credit Union as a whole. Very technologically backwards. Online slow and lacking in dependable use. E transfer is a separate link and/or site? Not too sure what they got going on there? Works then does not work. No reasoning or answers for problems. Long story short, their online banking is very poor and unreliable. You have been warned.
S	Summer2020 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credit Union banks in general are backdated technology and that's due to their financial pools and ability to be up to date as big banks, because everything cost money. I found Servus CU are grown and expanding which is good sign I hope they are going to be number 1 in Calgary and destroy the other small credit union like First Calgary Financial ( the worst and they call themselves member focus but they are not they catch ppl with No Fees For Me account but they rip them off on other stuff, I was dealing with them for years and years but than when I noticed they have turn from member focus to fees focus I have switched to big bank) GOOD LUCK FOR SERVUS CREDIT UNION I HAVE NOTICED YOU'RE GROWING AND EXPANDING, ALSO YOU'RE OFFERING YOUR OWN CREDIT CARD- THEY ARE VERY SMALL BUSINESS FOCUS KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!!
N	Nikki Walsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online banking is archaic- E-transfers are difficult to do, and if you forget your password you have 3 tries and you have to call them.. wait on hold for 20+Mins and answer a bunch of security questions OR go in person(if you get any of them wrong). would be SOO MUCH easier to change passwords online with your security questions instead of waiting on hold forever etc.. The customer service is VERY FRIENDLY although I had a few issues when trying to transfer my other banking funds over AND with trying to cancel insurance on a loan- OVERALL.... not a HUGE fan...
