★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bunch of lazy people that don't care to help anybody.
I first called the manager and left messages but never received an answer back.
When I finally got a hold of somebody (which was not easy) on the phone looking for help, they try to refer me to another branch.
They seriously needed to be retrained or just fired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not recommend this bank . I have $5100 dollars in my saving account . I went to the bank wait 10 minutes only one customer ahead me . I asked for withdrawal $3000 dollars . They looking for reason to stop my withdrawal .I don't trust this bank . I asked for cancel all of my HSBC bank account . They sent me to Harvest Hills HSBC bank . Finally , I can withdrawal $3000 dollars from Harvest Hills HSBC bank . I don't understand how come It is so difference in HSBC bank ? I hope this location shut down as they are not good for customer . And I hope people don't go to this bank any more .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The HSBC team here could be very experienced and knowledgeable (on the Premier side) or relatively new (teller side). But even though the teller are new and inexperienced, they do have a nice smile on their faces and always try to help. Lan, Josephine, Cindy, and branch manager Carrie are all super nice and friendly, and they are the reason I keep going back to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updating my original review. Do not go to this bank for any reason. They will find every way to crook you out of your entitlements. I applied under new comers and was supposed to get a bonus within 3 months and after I qualified for the bonus, they refused to provide it. They are the worst bank in Canada. Don't say you were not warned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great service at this location. I enquired about a mortgage, Kevin at this location had great customer service. I am new to Canada from the UK, Kevin explained the process and arranged a good deal.
The whole process was very easy, having a direct method of communicating with the person dealing with my mortgage was great. I even inquired about non-mortgage products and was dealt with quickly and professionally.
I would recommend this bank and location.

This branch is the worst. The teller Tim is incompetent, unprofessional and rude. I have been with HSBC for years and I am not using HSBC services in Canada. They need to restructure and fire the dead weight. Shame!!
