F	Frank Vandeven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our 1st Valor gas fireplace insert installed by Barbeques Galore some 6+ years ago and didn't hesitate to go back to them to have the second fireplace converted this spring. Six years ago we found the installers were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, polite and tidy in their work habits. That has not changed over the years. The Valor product is a good one, as we can attest with the years of flawless performance of the 1st fireplace. Unfortunately the new insert was not flawless 'out of the box', but Barbecues Galore, along with the Valor rep. for our region, inspected the fireplace minutely, found the problem (a defective kill switch) and resolved it. We are confident that we will have many more years of enjoyment from both these fireplaces and should any service be needed, we know both Barbeques Galore and Valor will be there to provide it!

I was interested in a lower end model, the kind you may purchase at a large box store. By going to BBQ's Galore I got the extremely helpful and knowledgable staff for free! Shout out to Michael and Christine! Thank you guys.

He was so helpful and he knew his stuff when it came to Barbecues. We bought a Broil King 320. It was going to perfect for our 5th Wheel. I would recommend this place.

I explained what we wanted and he took me directly to the floor models. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and was able to answer every question that I asked. We ended up buying the Broil King Baron 490 Pro NG and I'm excited to use it. I'm not so excited to assemble it but..... Assembly is offered and had I had my Pickup truck I would of asked for them to assemble it. Oh well, what's a few hrs of swearing at myself!! Thank you to Tim, Sadie and the gentleman who helped me load it into our vehicle. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we appeared and were serviced by Elidh we were impressed..She was kind ,considerate and ever so knowledgeable on the industry. We sat down , reviewed possibilities and viewed inserts etc. Her experience and detail on products and possibilities and reviewed appropriate inserts. Her knowledge and detail on products and possibilities was impeccable. We set up a service call and she informed to service our concerns. Accolades Elidh. Today we had that service call with Myron and Mark .Again the service and knowledge were outstanding . The fireplace concern was repaired and info on the fireplaces both up and downstairs was extremely well addressed. Accolades to the proficient, efficient service department. These folks have great service persona and we will use no other in the future. The price was right and the service impressive Thank you Ina

However, when a large sum of money is spent, you would expect to get the proper products/parts. The product works fine and is beautiful, it is just unfortunate that the company/store isn't honoring their mistake.
D	David Vink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BBQ knocked it put of the park for us. We had a nasty 80’s gas fireplace insert into a crumbling existing fireplace that was basically a death trap on steroids. These guys spent 2 hours just assessing the space, lined up additional contractors to help and scheduled all the pieces perfectly. Then, the Final install was today and they were on time, professional, polite and most importantly — did a great install. We are enjoying a gorgeous Valor fireplace. Seriously — these guys know exactly what they’re doing. Don’t bother going anywhere else, they have every single detail covered.
