★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome over 20 years ago - because no doctor could figure out what was wrong with my digestive tract. I’ve been having unexplainable pains since. After just one hour with Dr. Kristin Wootton, I knew more about what my body was doing and why then I had learned in the previous 20 years since my diagnosis. She recommended taking some Digestive Enzymes before eating and I haven’t felt better in years!! To boot, she’s got me falling asleep easier and quicker at night, and staying asleep longer. I highly recommend Dr. Kristin to anyone that has been given a blanket diagnosis or just isn’t feeling quite right. She will have you feeling better in no time!!

I was so burnt out, had low energy, and Kristin was there to recommend natural supplements to help me recover. She can also commend other professionals to help with a full range of services to support you. Burn out is a long road to recovery but I am feeling so much better than before I started to work with Kristin. Highly recommend her, especially when your family doctor says that all your blood work looks normal. Thank you Kristin!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are having trouble sleeping, Dr Kristin Wootton is the person to go see. I have personally gone to see Kristin as I was falling asleep with difficulty and waking up before the birds. She was able to help me understand the issues and work to remedy the situation so I felt, and looked, like a human again.
