★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baka Mobile has provided our family with an amazing experience. They are always professional, responsive and dedicated to their customers.
This year (2022) I used their online ordering to purchase a new phone. Which I was a little hesitant too do so as I have never used an online service like this to order a phone. Yet to my surprise confirmation emails along with tracking numbers appeared almost instantly. They delivered my device directly to my door and was exactly on time.
Thanks Baka Mobile for a pleasant experience and look forward to doing business with you in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had trouble porting number from bell to bell mobility. Manager was able to facilitate the port as there was no one at bell that understood or assisted with the port denial. Good phone and rates. Would like to see improvements as they have not changed in 10 years but other plans have had significant improvements to data. Quick shipping and staff on phone were helpful, recognizing when to escalate

Set up and the arrival of my device was timely despite global delays in shipping. Turning on my number was painless despite my lack of tech skills - the rep was VERY patient and kind throughout the conversation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with Baka for a number of years now. They're on top of things and very quick with handling orders. Good employees.
My only gripe is that they used to offer 0$ phones if you committed to a two year contact, now they don't offer such subsidies and want you to finance the phone on top of your contract. So your 50-60 plan is really 70-90 if you add the monthly price of a phone.
