My old truck broke down when when I was moving from Alberta to Kingston Ontario on the Canada Day long weekend. I was in a pretty bad situation and needless to say Jake's team went above and beyond to help me out. They did an amazing job ? . Even after I had left and made it to my destination a few days later, something minor went wrong with my truck and without any questions asked they went to work to get it taken care of asap! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I would hands down drive that 17 hours to go back there and buy my next vehicle from them!! Nothing but true professionalism and just a really down to earth group of people ! Don't believe me.. check them out for yourself and I guarantee you will think the same ! Thanks again Jake and Badanai Motors !
J	Jeff Bezaire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I simply needed a ride to work from their courtesy vehicle. Is that too much to ask? I contact Badanai Motors in order to have my car diagnosed as recommended by GM headquarters. They asked that I drop off my car for the day in order for them to do the diagnosis. They open at 8:00 a.m. I agreed to be there at 8:00 a.m. I asked them if they could provide me a ride to work (7 minutes away) as I start work at 8:30 a.m. I am a working professional in the health care field and have clients booked at 8:30 a.m., so I stated that it was important for me to arrive on time. I wondered if they could guarantee that I would not be late for work. They told me that they could not guarantee I would be dropped off in time, and that I might arrive late. They reported that they are driving people one at a time due to covid-19. I was told that their courtesy vehicle was based on who arrived first. I attempted to problem solve with them, willing to arrive at 7:45 a.m. to ensure I was the first one there. Again, they advised that they could not guarantee that I would arrive to work on time. I never thought a simple ride to work would pose as a barrier to receiving service. Absolutely absurd. To note: Janice seemed annoyed and dismissive by my request for a ride to work. I heard a "huff" noise (indicating annoyance) after I asked to speak with her manager. After she said "sure," the phone disconnected. After calling back, I spoke to Joe Johnston. He was also unwilling to help me and seemed dismissive of my concern. Poor customer service. I just needed a ride to work.

The vehicle was pristine and it was very reassuring that Arvo took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle with me before I drove away. George had all of the paperwork ready for when I arrived and went over all of the details and answered all of my questions. Thank you to the team at Badanai Motors.

He had the brakes and drums done and some other stuff..... they were pretty quick. They were very polite professional all the way through. They have a very good set up so that people can be socially distancing and and not cause any disruption in there service. Good work, good customer service all around pretty happy thank you

Jake went through every option with me as trucks were hard to custom build due to shortage of parts etc. Some how with his skills he was able to pull it off and ordered me up exactly what I wanted. 4 months later the truck arrives and I gotta say it was worth every penny.
