★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A paradise store for kids filled with a large variety of toys and colors though for parents might be a bit of a headache due to some ridiculous prices for some fairly cheap plastic tgings your kid will play twice with. The store could be a tiny bit cleaner and better organized though that's just another detail.

Worst service. We made an event with a register thing. We lost all the gifts because of their rules.
NOT RECOMMENDED!
Better ask for a gift card or use another system NOT WITH TOYS R US

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one is better than your regular toys r us, always proper and clean, ???and most of the employees will be willing to actually help and find specific things, if you know what to buy and or you're making a gift for kids of any age then yes this is your place to be. Ps. BABIES R US has so many cute and gorgeous things for infants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amazing service we received at this location by Vanessa was remarkable. Buying a stroller and car seat is not simple for first time parents. She was patient with us and helped us over an hour going through each feature. Definitely one of the best customer service experiencs I have encountered in a long time. Highly recommended place for baby stuff and the drive to lasalleis worth it. Thank you Vanessa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went last Friday to return a product!!! I was attended by Gagan, and I really want to say that her customer service is terrible!!! She yelled at us because seems like she didn't want to accept the product back, which was in the box, with the original receipt, and everything was in order!!! I don't know if she is the manager but for sure she doesn't know how to talk to people!!!! I'm very upset now with this company, if all the employees are like her!!! She is the worst employee ever!!!
