★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get birthday balloons from here. It can be quite expensive when you get so many but I’m always happy with the outcome. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They always help me in choosing colours and designs, I’m always very happy with them. They are attentive and patient with all their clients and I never feel rushed. Thanks so much giggles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointed with the casier… We had to wait at the cash before getting served because she had to finish writing her text message, and YES, it was one. She made us pay and while we were paying (Debit) she went back the her phone since it dinged and answered. We were waiting to get our bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure or working with Miralda on January the 6 th for a phone order and a delivery. The assortment of balloons were perfect and everything went according to plan. Her extra attention to details with swapping certain colors for others was spot on. I highly recommend Giggles and there excellent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY rude cashier, made us feel bad for asking where the register was (when no one was there and it was our first time here) and chimed in on a personal conversation to give a rude comment for no reason. Didn’t even ask me what I wanted to pay with, just put in “debit” and waited for me to notice without saying anything just to make me feel bad for playing with the squishy toys in front of the register because I thought she was still scanning items (because she wasn’t saying anything). I was very nice the whole time even if she was very rude, said please, thanks, and said “thank you, have a good day” at the end to be met with her throwing the receipt on the counter instead of giving it to me, a blind stare and for her to just turn around without replying. Won’t be coming back here for SURE.
Edit: and you reply asking for more info without any contact information, any manager name or anything whatsoever. How am I even supposed to follow through? You don’t even care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a mixed experience at Giggles, I was initially addressed quite abruptly by an employee at the cash when I asked a question about the balloon selection. I had noticed that she was much kinder to another customer in conversation but for some reason I wasn't greeted with the same kindness. As I walked around, and proceeded to the cash, I was serviced by another employee (I believe her name was Victoria) who honestly gave me the absolute best customer experience ever. She had so much knowledge on balloons to share, she demonstrated a few tips for me and even offered me some suggestions. I left very very satisfied with her service and will immediately ask for her support again in order to avoid another unpleasant employee. Victoria is really the basis for my 5 stars!
