Warehouse is open and we were able to pick it up from there and save on shipping so that was cool. 5/5

There was a misunderstanding with the pick-up time and even though it was one of the busiest days of the year and they were understaffed that day, the Oya Costumes team were still willing to accommodate me. It's been a long time since I have been impressed with any customer service, so I just wanted to say thank you again to the team for going that extra mile. It was truly appreciated. Not to mention that my son absolutely LOVES his costume! Definitely my go-to costume store from now on.

I required assistance with sizing and the receptionist took the time to provide me with all the information I needed, she's absolutely fabulous. Thank you!

Note that this location is only for warehouse pickups (i.e. in order to browse the costumes in stock you must go to their website and order online), so save yourself some time by ordering online before going.

H	HLC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 4 items for Halloween and I was impressed by the fast shipping. However, 2 of the items were defective. The first item was a wig which did not at all look like the advertised picture, as well, it was supposed to be a curly wig but there were many long straight pieces hanging out and the hair fibers were so sparse that there were very large noticeable gaps. The other item was a sequined disco shirt which had a seam down the center of the back. On the left side of the seam , from top to bottom, there were about 2-3 rows of missing sequins, which left about a 2 inch gap of just sheer fabric. I went to the Oya website and followed the instructions for defective items by emailing them with the explanation and pictures of the defective items. It said to expect a response within 1 day. After 5 days of no response I resent the email asking for an update. I waited another 3 days but still no response. With Halloween being around the corner time is of the essence especially when when you have to consider shipping times/delays. I was simply going to ship a return but realized that wigs are non-returnable, as well, Oya charges a return handling fee and the shipping costs are on me. I am not impressed with Oya's return policy and non-existent customer service. I will not be ordering from them again.
