L	Laura Di Fronzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to buy a vehicle!!! I would not recommend going here to buy a car.. I completely regret it. They didn't clean my car before giving it to me. They are slow and Incompetent in helping their customers! When I got my car I was told everything was good to go... 6 months later my back breaks are metal on metal and cannot be driven at this time. I am a mother of two and work far from home, I needed a Reliable vehicle and reliable services which I made clear...unfortunately not clear enough!! They will only give a 15% discount which is still $450 plus taxes.. I will be taking my car else where and will not give Aylmer Kia any of my services, if this is how they treat customers who have bought a vehicle from them!!

We got our Kia Soul from Aylmer Kia during this hard time where most dealerships are out of stock, but Ryan were able to get us one with the colour and model we want! He is a very friendly and organised person, responses to emails and calls promptly, and is very patient in explaining to us everything we want or may need to know. We are newly landed immigrants and we know it is really hard to get a car with little credit history but Sebastian did a really great job helping us and he even reached out to us for updates. This would make me go back once we have a solid credit history so we can get a car and we would love it if Sebastian could help us out again. Again Kudos for Sebastian for doing a very good job! Superb customer service and going out of his way to help are the qualities that would definitely bring your branch a lot of customers. I hope every car dealership has a Sebastian in it.

The only reason it’s a 4 star instead of a 5 is because when I went to go pick up my files, they were incorrect or not filled properly by the finance manager. Ryan had to re write all the files since they refused all the documents at the SAQ. They were very apologetic (doesn’t really recover 4 hours of my time) but they offered a free service and a free detail of the 2022 Kia Stinger I purchased. Seb and Ryan were fantastic to deal with and always had a smile on their faces while helping me and fixing the errors that the finance manager made.
