Over promise under deliver.
We have bought several cars with Albi over the years , and normally always had a great experience. Untill this time.
2 months ago we came to inquire about electric vehicles and we were rapidly met by the sale director that informed us of 1 to 2 months delay.
We met with a sale representative and finalized a deal.
During the next 2 months communication was minimal. I had to leave several voice mails to have any updates on the car.
Finally I recive a call.... the car due in May will now be delivered... maybe in October.
I had a super short phone call as I was busy . I call back and could not get to the sale representative for 2 days.
Finally we decide to go there.
0 alternative provided.
We inform them we rather cancell the transaction and try at albi occasion to buy a used car instead as with work we needed a second car.
Absolutely not even an apology . Nothing done on the price of the used car ( after we had to spend 5 weeks of renting a second car).
The only reason I kept on with the purchase of this car is that we really needed it for work.
This is now the 6th car we purchase with Albi and I will make sure it is the last one.
You used to provide great service and I do not understand why you let it go so downhill.

My sales person Kaelan, has been great and the managers have been amazing! Would recommend this team and dealer for future transactions!
