I'm greeted personally, and Erica, my hygienist, is always friendly, personable, caring, and very pleasant. I also appreciate that they make my insurance claims easy by filing directly on my behalf.

Daily brushing and dentists visits have been a challenge. This was our 6th dentist visit in the past year - it's our first time trying Awake or Asleep Dentistry for cleaning. They were so kind and kept us informed about what was happening with our baby. She now has sparkling, clean teeth and no anxiety since she was asleep for the entire procedure. We are extremely satisfied.
C	Canadian Lumberjack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me get to the point Dr. Golovanov is a no nonsense doctor who knows his stuff and speaks straight to the point. Excactly what I want in a dentist. Leaves nothing to guess. Without judging he tells you exactly the status of your mouth and what corrective actions are needed and why. As for pain management. If the patient expresses their concerns. He will adresses them. I fear needles. This doc absoutly has the skills and items to remove the fear and pain factor during his work. The hygenists are top notch and kind. The assistants and front staff are friendly, helpfull and knowledgable.

Doctor told me “if she had something before treatment she might die”. “Try this prescription if any reaction don’t come to me, take her to emergency care, her airways might block and she might die”. These 2 lines made my wife cry. My daughter got scared. He might be warning us but you can’t keep saying the word die. In front of patient and parents. Not going back ever. I don’t know how his treatment is but, definitely he scared us.

A	Asim Chowdhry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced dentist. But, BE AWARE!!!! my 85 year old mom broke her front teeth with a fall. Took her there based on a relative's recommendation. Since mom doesn't have any dental insurance and a senior citizen, we settled on a cash price (gave us a WRITTEN quote) to extract broken teeth and put a bridge in place. After extraction we were asked to wait 6 weeks before next visit. Went back and we were told that all prices have gone up. I asked him that he should honor the written quote; otherwise what's the point of giving a quote. If the treatment spans over a few weeks and even prices go up in between, the quote/estimate should hold its value. His response, if you don't agree to pay new price, go see another dentist. Some people only look for short term gains and don't realize that they are not only loosing a customer (obviously, he didn't seem to care); but. "other" potential customers through references. Yes, he treated my mom initially and charged for it. Didn't do any favour, as we paid him what he asked for! Totally, heartless!!!

They’re patient and understanding and want what’s best for you. Dr. Golovanov is a straight shooter. No nonsense. Gets right down to business and tells you like it is. I respect that. This was my first appointment of a few yet to come but so far, I’m impressed. The explanation is clear and comforting. I’ll write more as my journey continues. Stay tuned
