★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for how many years now and the day before my family and I's appointment, they told my wife that they are charging me $18, another $18 for my wife and $8 for my son as a PPE charge. They are charging me an unfair amount of money to pay for THEIR PPE. Their employer, Dr. Rodriguez, should be paying for that and not the clients/patients. During this pandemic, I know a lot of businesses are struggling but this feels like they are taking advantage of me. I can live with paying for something like maximum of $10 but $18 for each person?! RIDICULOUS!!! Means that Dr. Rodriguez cares more about his business that his patients. Switched to another dental clinic the same day. Best decision ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could have given less than a star. I spoke to a lady called Tress on 15th July for 8 minutes. She took all my information for my dental screening appointment. I also told her that my husband visited them and he referred me. She told me my appointment is on 3rd August in the afternoon. I asked her if there is anything before 3rd August and she said they are full. On 3rd August I called them in the morning asking why didn't I ever receive any email or text confirmation and if my appointment is valid? To my utter dismay- the lady said THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT by my name. She even tried searching with my husband's name (if anything comes up).. Nothing was ever booked on my name. She made Tress (the lady with whom I initially spoke) call me. This lady started lying on my face that I'm on her priority list on her notebook and that the fastest she can put me is on September 1st week (although I'm on priority list). I was bitterly frustrated at that point to even continue the conversation. HORRIBLE SERVICE is an understatement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been going to Dr. William Rodriguez & Associates for almost 20 years. Although we visit just a few times per year, Dr. Rodriguez and his team have been right there with my husband and I through our first years of marriage and right there with us as our family expanded. Dr. "Bill" as he's called by the little ones makes it fun for children to go to the dentist.The team at this office are thoughtful, caring and provide each of us an experience that is tailored to our individual needs from the moment we walk through their door. We truly feel like we are part of an extended family at Dr. William Rodriguez & Associates...and oh yeah, our teeth are happy too. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read some of the negative reviews and seriously cannot believe what I was reading. There is not a dentist or practice that I would recommend more than this one. I have only been treated with kindness and respect everytime I have been there. My whole family goes there and is always satisfied when they leave.
William Rodriguez changed my life after seeing him. I was suffering for years with a bad bridge and I went to him and after seeing him I was able to eat on the left side of my mouth for the first time. In over 3 years.
Just today he drove in on his day off because of a terrible accident my daughter had and she broke off her two front adult teeth. Without hesitation he made time to come in on a Sunday and do an absolutely incredible job with my daughter's rebonding.
I was more than happy to pay him for the incredible work he and he staff do. He is fair with his prices, and always goes the extra mile.
He is not only one of the best technically he is also truly compassionate and caring.
I more than recommend his services.
I thank you again William for everything you have done for my family, and am somglad I found you.

For patients who aren’t fond of visiting a dentist, this clinic will have you feeling welcome, safe, and well-taken care of. The clinicians are incredibly professional and experienced, but are gentle and fun... you’ll hardly remember that you’re at the dentist’s! It is evident that one of Dr. William Rodriguez’s (and associates) main goals is positive patient experience... and that’s a guarantee at The Smile Centre.
