β β β β β We have used Avesta for over two years to manage our rental properties. They are amazing at communicating what our property needs and are prompt to ensure our tenants needs are taken care of. They do quarterly inspections and send reports and updates regularly on our properties. I would not hesitate to recommend Avesta to manage your property, be your landlord or strata company.

β β β β β What a useless concept strata is, particularly avesta, we live in a building where the tenants are non strata but the commercial space is. The tenants are essentially captives to the commercial tenants, we have no say in the building, commercial tenants are parking illegally, have dogs off leash constantly, handing out alcohol illegally, not checking ID, for those they do hand booze out to, consistently playing loud music before/ after noise reduction hours in a residential neighborhood. All avesta does is shurg their shoulders and ignore emails. Sad money grab here, should be illegal.

β β β β β Worst company I have ever dealt with!! Terrible customer service. Victoria couldn't be bothered to get off the couch, told me to deal with the problem myself? What is the point of having a property manager if they are useless and down right rude! Extremely bad experience would never recommend to anybody! Talk about a miserable human being! Not sure how they are still in business! Wish I could give a negative rating...

β β β β β I have known Victoria for a very long time professionally and after finding out she started her own property management company-Avesta-and knowing how unhappy the strata council Iβm on were-I recommended changing companies.
It was the best move we made!
Her and her team are excellent at guiding us through the big projects, making sure no details are forgotten and helping us navigate situations that arenβt easy. Communication is clear and concise. We are very happy with them and would highly recommend them to any strata wanting to make being on council more rewarding and less stressful,

What a hard-working, attention-to-detail, consummately professional! After getting our initial input, she handled everything -- coordinating move-out of previous tenants, arranging cleaning and showing of unit, securing a great new tenant, and securing the new rental contract.
