Well, what a seamless and positive experience! I haven't been treated better by Rogers Wireless in my entire adult contract with them. Which has been a long while. I worked with agent Dan Tanner and he sure knew his stuff! He recommended an amazing deal, he got me off a very ancient business plan that I was encouraged to keep because it was 'I wouldn't find a better deal.' Dan found a better one, with an upgrade phone and a new tablet! I get more data, pay less money and the phone was delivered to my door. I mean c'mon, get this guy a raise! Thanks so much Dan for making it so easy. I've already recommended you to friends! Way to go Rogers Squamish!

The British guy at this store has been helping my family with their phone accounts for the last two years or more. He always treats my kids so well when we come into the store and my husband cannot say enough about him to our friends when any of them mention getting a new phone in town. He currently seems to be the only member of staff at the store. It's a tough time to be working solo in customer service, we hope Rogers are looking after their employees sufficiently.

Dan at Rogers Squamish is absolutely amazing. I had issues with my Rogers account and Dan was able to work out a plan that was best suited for my wants and needs, as well as knocking a significant amount of money off my Bill each month. As a first responder on the North Shore, Dan implemented a Rogers discount which was a pleasant surprise. Dan is personable, courteous, and a very good problem solver. This equates to amazing customer service and if you’re looking for a plan that works better for you, Dan will find it. Thank you!

I called to ask about options for upgrading my phone. I've been a client for several years. I was told to come into the store and when I explained that I was working away in a remote location in northern Canada with limited phone access and required information via email rather than in person I was told he had neither inclination nor time to assist me. (This makes no sense as if I came into the store it would take just as much time.) I was very rudely and snappily told to call the "multi-million" dollar Rogers line and that he wasn't willing to take any time to assist. To which I replied again that I had limited phone access hence the request for information via email. He became increasingly rude in response to a calm and polite request. I am local to Squamish and always try to support local businesses. I am highly disappointed to be treated so poorly in response to a polite request. It wasn't just that he refused to help but that his entire manner was extremely rude. The conversation could have been handled in a respectful manner. I would give zero stars if possible.

I went to this store today to help my sister return her phone and get an iPhone she has 15 days to return and trade. When we entered he was nice as she asked to get a better phone because the one he sold her you can not get a case for it and one drop phones gone but he did not care and said can’t trade it box is damaged and then the rudeness come Spewing form the large man’s mouth very rude and the 400 pound man tried to use his size to intimidate us. Then told me to get outa his store so I did as I did. I got outside smiled at him and he came running out of the store took his mask off pit his face 2 feet away from me trying to start a fight. Roger’s employees are a bit hot tempered when they rip a person off. Good luck everyone but don’t wIst your time

Very helpful store! I met an amazing worker called Daniel who went above and beyond to help me with the enquiry I had. My first day in Canada so I truly appreciate what he done for me. A gesture I simply won’t forget so if you guys are ever in Squamish and need help with your phone I strongly recommend Rogers!!!

I am so grateful for Dan's services, I came into the Rogers store with my phone screen cracked and also did not like my phone to begin with. Dan explained to me how I could pay to fix my screen or pay close to the same amount and upgrade to a phone I actually liked. He helped me find the perfect phone with a great camera, I told Dan the things I wanted in a phone and he made it realistic! What I appreciate the most about Dan is how honest he was about all the phones and their pros vs cons, he was extremely knowledgeable about everything. He was also able to get my overall phone bill LOWER than what it originally was and was able to get my partner a discount too. Dan knows his stuff and will work to get you on the best plan. He is also great company with funny stories, I highly recommend coming here for any phone service needs.
